The joint FAO–NACCFL supervision mission for the GAFSP-funded "Improved Food and Nutrition Security Through Diversified Income Generation and Empowerment" project successfully concluded on 18 May 2026, following a productive field visit from May 13–18.
The team visited five Producer Organizations (Mainapokhar, Kalika, Purnima, Budhan & Deudakala), met with representatives of three municipalities, and engaged with key agricultural institutions including NAMP, NARC Khajura, and the Provincial Seed Laboratory.
The mission reviewed progress on LOA I & LOA II and gathered feedback to strengthen GAFSP activities ahead. It was inspiring to see government, cooperatives, technical institutions, and farming communities working hand-in-hand toward a shared goal.
