Documents Required for NACCFL Membership

The following documents are required to become a member of the Nepal Agricultural Cooperative Central Federation Ltd. (NACCFL):

• Copy of the Cooperative Registration Certificate from the relevant governmental authority
• Copy of the PAN Certificate
• Audit reports for the last two fiscal years
• Copy of the respective cooperative's bylaws
• Board meeting minutes approving the membership application
• Request Letter to NACCFL for Registration
• Full names and contact details of the Board of Directors (BOD) members

नेपाल कृषि सहकारी केन्द्रीय  संघ लि. (NACCFL) को सदस्य बन्न आवश्यक कागजातहरू:

• सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकायबाट प्राप्त सहकारी दर्ता प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि
• स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि
• पछिल्ला दुई आर्थिक वर्षका लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन
• सम्बन्धित सहकारी संस्थाको विनियम  प्रतिलिपि
• सञ्चालक समितिको बैठक निर्णय प्रतिलिपि
• नेपाल कृषि सहकारी केन्द्रीय संघ लि. लाई सदस्यताको लागि अनुरोध पत्र 
• सञ्चालक समितिका सदस्यहरूको पूरा नाम र सम्पर्क विवरण
