A 31-member delegation from the Nepal Agriculture Cooperative Central Federation Ltd. (NACCFL), led by Chairperson Akaraj Upreti alongside 28 cooperative leaders, successfully completed an intensive 4-day "Leadership Development in Cooperatives" program at IFFCO-FMDI in Gurgaon, India.

The program featured advanced training on cooperative governance, climate-smart Nano Fertilisers, and field studies on integrated farming at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi.
